Joan Weinstein is a board-certified physician assistant with over 10 years of experience specializing in bariatric surgery and weight loss medicine. She earned her Master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Drexel University and received her bachelor’s degree from The University of Rochester. Joan is dedicated to providing patient-centered care. She believes in building a rapport with patients, so they feel supported and have the best possible outcome.
CHELSEA VAN NOTE LME, CLT
Lead Medical Esthetician / Lead Laser Technician
In 2014, Chelsea was the first employee to join Michele at ZONA! As our lead Esthetician and Laser Technician, Chelsea is experienced in both aesthetic and laser fields. Born and raised in Minnesota, that's where she started her career and love for skin graduating in 2009. Struggling with Acne for the majority of her life, Chelsea has a deep passion, understanding and knowledge for those who struggle themselves. By attending continuing education and training classes, Chelsea is able to keep clients up to date with the latest medical aesthetic services and products to keep their skin looking its best! When she's not lasering away brown spots and acne scarring you can usually find her traveling the world or hanging at the movies with family and friends.
ALEX MAKSUDIAN LE, CLT
Licensed Esthetician / Certified Laser Technician
Alex has been an Esthetician and Laser Technician since 2020 and loves the aesthetic industry because of the ability to help others improve their skin. Helping clients feel more comfortable in their own skin and creating treatment plans both at home and in-office are just some things Alex is great at! Outside of the treatment room you can find Alex enjoying time with her friends, family and four dogs.

Shawna joined ZONA in 2021 and is one of our licensed Estheticians. Driven by her passion for skincare, she takes pride in providing the best experience possible! As a skincare expert, her goals include creating a plan specific to your concerns, and achieving desired results. With extensive knowledge in products like SkinCeuticals, Alastin and SkinBetter Shawna is here to help focus on your skin goals at home as well as in the office. Outside of the treatment room, Shawna enjoys spending time with friends and family as well as her cute little blind tea-cup chihuahua.
DR. ROBERT WOODS MD
Facial Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Woods is a double board certified facial plastic surgeon and has been caring for patients with facial cosmetic and reconstructive concerns for over 20 years! He was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona where he developed a passion for tennis and the arts. He became a nationally ranked tennis player, a college All American in tennis, a classical pianist and an artist. Dr. Woods' athletic and artistic talents would complement his profession of facial plastic surgery and was the perfect match to give back and improve patients' lives. He obtained a Liberal Arts degree at Occidental College in Los Angeles, California with an emphasis on art, music, literature, and philosophy. Then he completed a Master's of Science degree in Biology and a degree in Medicine at the University of Arizona. This was followed by a six year residency training program at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Head and Neck Surgery, and a one year fellowship at the University of California, Irvine focusing entirely on Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
